Retail Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions through this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you supply to us is correct. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices, Payment and Delivery
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. The price you will be asked to pay includes any delivery charge. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. We accept payment by PayPal at the online shop. UK drawn cheques (payable to Valiant Miniatures Ltd) can also be used for orders placed by letter. Your order will be posted to you within 28 days of receipt of payment. Please note if you purchase a PDF it is not available for an automatic download. We send them out ‘manually’, usually within 24 hours of purchase.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returns Policy – Faulty Goods
If the goods delivered to you have a manufacturing defect you may return them to us. Any refund offered due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods to us. You must obtain written permission from Rapid Fire to produce modify, copy or distribute any of our material for any commercial purposes. You may store information in electric form for the sole purpose of placing an order or corresponding with us. The ‘Rapid Fire!’ logo is a registered trade mark and no authority is given to you in these terms and conditions to use the logo and name of Rapid Fire.
